It was only my first month in China when we decided to go other places in China, which was Shanghai. I'm currently studying and staying in Beijing and Shanghai once was my second option when I was about taking my Chinese language course in China.

So, it was September 2016 and we bumped to this ads.

which in short, made me and my friends way too excited to Shanghai!! Well, not only because of that, it was also the year when Disneyland opened their first gate in Shanghai!!

So, we with our super little chinese skill booked the train tickets PEK-SH and flight tickets SH-PEK, well don't get us wrong, those were the cheapest deals lol. and we also booked the hotels room for 6 of us.

we took G trains ("Gaosu 高速" in Chinese) which are the fastest train in China followed by D trains ("Dongche 动车" in Chinese) and C trains ("Chengji 城际" in Chinese)

Since G Trains is the fastest, it only took 6 hours and 20 mins to reach Shanghai.

It cost us 933 yuan for 1st class seats.

Don't worry fellas, they will serve you some snacks during the trip.

We stayed at Kingtown Hotel, Hongkou, Shanghai. Which located quite in the centre of the City. It cost 1566 for 4 nights.

DAY1

Shanghai weather was no joke. While it was Autumn 10-13℃ in Beijing, Shanghai was hot around 23-26℃. Well, that day was so hot and hella sunny. We went to that famous The Bund, Shanghai. One of those things that I realized in Shanghai is people in Shanghai speaks Chinese way clearer and easier to be understood than Beijingers. yes of course because they don't use "rrrr" much like Beijingers 👀

After those crazy heat, we went to Yu Yuan Garden which also Shanghai's must-visit.
and of course, we were surrounded by tons of people✌

We went to the place where we can adore the beauty of Shanghai's night and we called a day!
